CarMia is a vehicle-listing search and comparison service. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, CarMia is not the vehicle seller, does not own the advertised vehicle, and is not a lender, insurer or credit broker. A vehicle purchase is agreed with the relevant seller under that seller's terms.

Listing facts can come from sellers, feeds and official sources. The interface identifies official checks only where they were completed and keeps unchecked seller claims separate. A check is a point-in-time data comparison, not a guarantee of condition, title, roadworthiness, seller identity or future accuracy. Buyers should inspect the vehicle, documents and seller before paying.

Keep account access secure and provide accurate information. Do not scrape the service, evade limits, impersonate others, upload unlawful or misleading listings, manipulate reviews or ranking, send spam, or use the service to facilitate fraud. Accounts and listings may be restricted while abuse or legal risk is investigated.

Dealers remain responsible for listing accuracy, vehicle condition, mandatory fees, consumer information, advertising, stock availability and their obligations to buyers. Paid dealer tools do not buy ranking, verification outcomes or deal scores. Final dealer subscription, cancellation and service-level terms must be accepted during paid onboarding.

The service may be changed, suspended or withdrawn where reasonably necessary. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes statutory consumer rights. Applicable consumer law and mandatory dispute rights continue to apply.
